What is Prosvent's return policy?

With your order, you have a full 30-days to decide if Prosvent is right for you. If you’re not COMPLETELY satisfied you may return the product for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and processing costs. The item(s) must be returned regardless if they are opened or not. Before returning the item, you must obtain a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA number) by calling 1-800-743-9854. The RMA number must be visibly written on the outside of the return box so the return can be processed by our returns department. No refunds will be issued for returns without RMA numbers on the outside of the box.
